This course aims to provide learners with an understanding of the roles and characteristics of public and private sector organizations within the tourism and hospitality industry and the challenges they may face.
Additionally, learners will explore the fundamental factors that affect how a tourism and hospitality organization operates within the context of its internal and external business environment.
During the certificate program variety of teaching methods will be used: from basic explanations of terms and concepts, exercises, working on case studies, individual work in finding the application of the presented knowledge and group/team work on the project.
